If I got married in Germany to a German citizen and we then moved to the states, if my wife went back, can I divorce her here?

She moved back with our child without my approval.

Yes, you can if you are resident of Texas for the amount of time that is required ubder their divorce laws.  My concern, though, is the child and your rights there.  Technically she has kidnapped the child.  Please seek legal help here.  Good luck.
