Does my employer have to notify me in advance if he changes the time that paychecks are posted?

I have worked at a company for over 3 years. When I started, I was told that payday was every Friday at noon. About a year ago, paychecks weren’t posted until 3 pm. Last Friday, I was informed at 230 that I would not receive my paycheck until after 500.

No, they do not have to provide notice of this and, furthermore, the company has free discretion to change the time of day the paychecks are posted the law does not specify any particular time that the paychecks must be posted by.
