Does an insurance company have the right to deny a DWI accident claim, when their insured was without a valid license?

There are many reasons why an insurance claim can and will be denied.  Without knowing the reason for the denial, it is not possible to answer your question.  If you feel this claim has been wrongfully denied, every state has a department of insurance where you can file a grevience against the insurance company for wrongful denial of a claim.
