Do the driving restrictions still apply?

It all depends upon who ordered the driving restrictions after your accident as to whether the restrictions still remain. If the department of motor vehicles issued the restrictions, then they remain until this department removes them regardless if the court dismissed your ticket. If the restrictions were placed by the court and the court dismissed your ticket, then the restrictions no longer remain for you.
