Can a mother and daughter that are on title for the same condo unit serve on the Board of Directors?

The daughter in question does not live here and she falsified her name on the board meeting minutes by changing her last name.

This is controlled by the CCR and By-laws, not by the law more generally: the law does not determine elibility to serve on the Board. Rather, each condominium may set its own rules. If the CCR or By-laws do not address this specific issue but allow any unit owner to serve on the board, then as a unit owner (on the title), she may do so.
