My child was physically harassed and i have evidence, what can I do?

-My child was harassed by one of her teachers
– The teacher tugged on her hands with extreme force
– I have evidence more specifically an audio recording where the teacher is
verbally disrespecting her repeatedly and you can hear the struggle my child is
having when the teacher hurt my kid
– I took it to the principle an they’re aren’t doing anything about
-It’s not the first complaint they get about the teacher
– There was a lot of people when it happend
– The teacher is persuading the students to not say what they saw but to say
otherwise
What can I do? Please help
Thank you

1) You can go over the principals' head, to the superintendent or the Board of Education; one or both may take action.
2) If you believe that teacher's actions did rise to, or may have risen to, the level of actually constituting assault, you could contact the police to file a complaint.
