Change management at my job I’ve been at for a year new management come in tell
me only to perform extra cleaning dirty I tell her boss that I think she has a personal
problem with me she tell me that she not like that than soon after the meeting she
start writing me up for every thing than the day I was fire got to work clock in went
to the bathroom on clock maybe 30 second came back out she come at me talking
about don’t clock in tell your ready to work so I knew she was coming at me so to
stay out her way I grab trash in took it out came back in she said new rule no
takeing trash out at lunch talking to me I told her that I don’t think your bosses
would like you telling me to stand around on the clock the she told me to clock out
not firerd just go home so I did got up next.morning went up to job to check
schedule she stop me at the door in tell me I’ve been taken off schedule

Yes you can. At least if that's the real reason. If you were fired based on your race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, age (over 40) or the like, then you might have a cause of action regarding your termination. Also, if your dismissal violated the terms of a union/collective bargaining agreement or employment contract, then it would be actionable. Othersise, not all employees need be treated the same or even fairly. Bottom line, in an "at will" employment relationship, an employee can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
