If Iwas terminated by my employer with no reason given, what can I do?
I was employed as a security guard. They placed me at a job site. My employer called me last week and said that the client no longer wants me to work there. When I asked the reason they stated they do not know the reason. Is that legal?

Unfortunately, it is legal: the law does not require employers to provide explanations for why they terminate or fire employees. The only way to know, if the employer does not want to tell you, would be to sue for illegal termination; then, in the course of the lawsuit, you could use the legal mechanism of "discovery" to find out why you were fired. Of course, unless you had an employment contract, your employer could fire you for any reason that is not illegal discrimination (such as against you because of your race, religion, age over 40, disaability, or sex) or illegal retaliation for making a protected claim (such as for overtime or FMLA benefits).
