Since you are no longer working at the place that you once worked and have in possession credit cards that you were authorized to use, I would do the following regarding their return:
1. write the human resources department at your former place of work a letter with the credit cards enclosed sent certified mail, return receipt requested.
2. keep a copy of the letter for future use and need for your records.
