If I own a mobile home in a park and pay rent and a tree on the lot needs to come down, who is responsible for the expense?

The tree was hit by lightning.

If you do not own the land where the tree that was struck by lightning is located and it needs to be removed then it is not your reponsibility to remove it. Rather it would be the responsibility of the property owner if it poses a danger to people or structures to remove it at his or her expense.
