Am I committing bigamy by simply living with my boyfriend and being married to someone else?
And if so, how strict is he law about enforcing bigamy when I’m not legally married to 2 people? By way of background, I am currently married to my husband who lives in anoher state. I filed for divorce 2 1/2 years ago when I still resided there. I have had little to no contact with him since I moved almost 2 years ago. I have a boyfriend (whom I live with and recently had a child with).

No, you are not committing "bigamy", since you are not married to both men. Your husband can make the argument that you are involved in an adulterous relationship.
