I suggest that given the fact that your spouse does not want to sign the paperwork needed to conclude your dissolution until you are deployed that as a back up plan you retain a family law attorney to represent your interests. Most likely she is waiting for you to be deployed to file some motion against you making it hard for you to defend it.
