What to do if I’m active duty military and my wife refuses to sign the divorce papers I have served her because she wants to wait until I’m deployed?

I am wondering what her end game might be? What can she get from me?

I suggest that given the fact that your spouse does not want to sign the paperwork needed to conclude your dissolution until you are deployed that as a back up plan you retain a family law attorney to represent your interests. Most likely she is waiting for you to be deployed to file some motion against you making it hard for you to defend it.
