Oklahoma Child Support Collections and Fees

After a noncustodial (paying) parent has been assigned a child support order in Oklahoma, any source of hsi or her income or earnings is subject to wage withholding for child support collection. If the employee’s job ends or the employee quits, wage withholding in Oklahoma by the employer does not automatically stop.
