Unfortunately, your state (Ohio) does not appear to give "spousal" support (sometimes called "palimony") to unmarried romantic partners. In your state, either you are married or you are not married--there is no in-between or recognized status for "no official marriage but...living together." Living together does not give you the rights or protections that marriage would.
