Can my employer withhold my paycheck during certain hours of the day?

During rushes 912 pm-3 pm and 5 pm-8 pm) at the fast food chain where I work, we are not allowed to pick up our paychecks. Paychecks are printed and sitting in the office on Wednesday morning, but the manager will send us home if we come in during those times. Often these are the only times I am able to stop by so I go days without a paycheck. Is this legal?

Yes, it is legal: an employer may reasonably say that during rushes or busy periods, management does not need to stop what they are doing to give you your paycheck. It is not the employer's fault or issue if you have limited availability for when you can come in to pick up the check--that is your concern, and you may have to re-order your schedule to let you pick up the check other times.
