Typically all arrest warrants such as the one that you have written about are put on the nationwide system where if you are stopped in a state where the warrant was not issued there is a good chance it will pop up and you will be arrested for it. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to remedy the warrant issued against you sooner rather than later.
