What to do if a state investigation occured at the restaurant I work at and my employer lied to cover their actions?

To be more clear, the health department came to investigate. They could not pin point the situation because of the lies. I kept my mouth shut and took some of the blame. If the truth is told to the health department, I will be cleared, they have already informed me that they do not believe I am the one at fault. I am now being treated very nasty from one boss and some co-workers who want to blame me.

You should complaint to OSHA, a federal agency.  I'm not sure what went wrong but if it affects your health or safety, the federal government, not just the state, has jurisdiction and the company can be fined.  If you need my help, my email is [email protected]  Brenda Feigen
