If you are trying to find an insurance company, the best place to start is the internet. You can also contact your state’s Dept of Insurance to see if they can help you find the insurance company in question.
I looked online and found an insurance company by the above name. It shows the company’s license is revoked. There are addresses but it is unlikely they are valid. The website indicates it is a Texas company so you may want to contact the Dept of Insurance in Texas to see if they can help you. It is unlikely your insurance policy is still valid since the license is revoked, but the Department may be able to confirm this and advise if there is any way to see if the policy was sold to another insurance company. If so there may be a valid policy in force elsewhere.
