In 2001, the company become a for-profit company and merged with United Wisconsin Services to form a new entity which in 2003 became a part of the WellPoint family of companies and is known as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin.

Bait and switch to get you to purchase and then you will find out that most doctors and even simple services are not covered. My premium is outrageous and yet nothing is covered. This company gets a big fat F. Buy it anywhere but here.
