Very late with annuity payments, supposedly due on the 20th of the month. I never receive them on that date. Payments are frequently 3 and 4 days after the contractual due date. In the 21st century, with direct deposit, with sophisticated computers this is a travesty. They play the “float” to their advantage and to the detriment of their customers.

Wants 500 per year for my insurance policy and charges me 110 per month for service fees without telling me they are robbing me. Found this out after a whole year had passed.
