Who gets right of residence in an inherited property?

My father left a Will stating 4 children get equal share of the estate as tenants in common. May postpone sale until appropriate. I was the only 1 living with him. My sister may want to move in but the kitchen andbathroom toilet would have to be shared. I’m a disabled pensioner.

I am so sorry for your loss.  If your father willed the property to each of you equally then each of you has equal rights in the property.  I understand that because you were living with him you may feel that your rights supercede your sister's rights but that is not the case.  Try and come to a resolution with your siblings.  Good luck.
