Speeding Fine ticket different state

I am in florida, I got a speeding ticket from arizona for time I was there and
also a court order saying ‘Must Appear’. What should i do ?

If I pay fine , do i need to go to court ?

It would be advisable to call the court to inquire if you pay the fine do you need to still appear because the court rules vary from court to court. The matter should be taken off calendar if the fine is paid, but you need to confirm that with the court clerk.
If the court clerk says you still need to appear, ask if you can make a telephone appearance instead of being physically present in the courtroom since you live in another state. 
If a telephone appearance is allowed, ask the court clerk for the forms you will need to request a telephonic appearance and the deadline for filing those forms.
If you don't timely file the correct forms for requesting a telephone appearance, your request will be denied.
