sexual harassment by manager

Sexually harassed by manager of subway then when I rejected his pass he then immediately terminated me. Then erased the servailance camera. And I haven’t been paid my last check

Sexual harassment and terminating an employee because she rejected a manager advance are both illegal. It is also illegal to refuse to provide a final paycheck, and doubly illegal to do so because of retaliation for rejecting an advance. Based on what you write, you appear to have a viable sexual harassment claim. While it would be better for you if he had not erased the tape, the fact of his selectively erasing the tape that would cover the harassment is itself suspicious, and the fact of your sudden termination and his withholding of the paycheck also support your version of events. You should contact either the federal EEOC or your state's equal/civil rights agency to file a complaint. You may be entited to reinstatement and/or several weeks or months salary/wages. Good luck.
