My brother and I were listed in my father’s Will to share and share alike but in the papers at the financial place ameritrust my brother was listed as beneficiary in the Will he is executor and i am if for any reason he can’t exectrix and now my brother says the money i at the finiacal place is going to stay there for 3 years does he have the right to not give me my half?

I am sorry for your loss and the problems.  I am, though, a bit confused as to what you mean by "papers at the financial place" and the reference to two different outcomes with the Will.  If you are the Executrix you have the power to seek legal help and the estate pays the cost for that.  I urge you to seek that help asap.  If he is listed as the beneficiary on specific accounts they may not be yours to share.  Good luck.
