What are my rights regarding just who occupies my mobile home?

I own a mobile home and have it located in a park where I pay a monthly lot fee. The land was bought by investors so now all of the residents have to resign a lease. The lease states that only 3 adults can live in the home at one time and they must be by marriage blood or adoption. I have a total of 4 adults in my home. The 4 adults include me my domestic partner my daughter and her fiance,. Is it legal for them to designate how many people can live in my home that I own because I lease the land it is on? Also, what relation they have to be to me? I have been there for 17 years now.

Unfortunately the landlord for the land can designate his or her own rules as to who can live on the premises where your mobile home is located. You need to be aware that certain municipalities have zoning regulations as well limiting the number of occupants in a unit.

From what you have written concerning your question, I do not see anything impermissible under state law concerning density restriction as to your mobile home by the landlord.
