If I divorced my 16 year old wife, would she still be emancipated?

Or if it got annuled?

If you divorce your sixteen (16) year old wife and assuming you are an adult she remains emancipated and the court under the laws of all states in this country would be required to order you to pay spousal support until she is an adult at the very least.
