What to do if I have a felony warrant out for my arrest and need to get it taken care of?
I have 4 uttering and publishing and 1 identity theft charges. I have never been in trouble before. The warrant has been out for 3 years and I found out about this year. I want to turn myself in but I dont know what to expect. I hope they will just let me pay the money back or maybe probation.

I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney with respect to the outstanding arrest warrant for you to clear it so you do not get arrested and then move forward with a first appearance as to the criminal charges with the arraignment and then go to a settlement conference to see what can be done to resolve the matter short of trial.
