Do I have to pay back used vacation pay if I’m terminated?

It depends on your company's policy. The fact is that there is no CO law that requires private sector employers to provide employees with vacations, paid or unpaid. For employers who do choose to offer vacations, such time must be given in accordance with any existing company policy, collective bargaining agreement or employment contract.
