stay far away from this company i had to put in a claim due to a stolen car and was treated like a convict. it has been nearly 90 day since i made the police report and still nothing. they have not compensated me for my loss

It was over 3 months for my vehicle to be repaired, two months of that time was due to Titan. I always had to call them, they never followed up with me even when they had decided that the claim was over. The estimate was no where close to the damage on the vehicle, and they refused to fix all of the damage from the accident. What exactly did I pay them for??

If I wrote everything that happened, I would get upset all over again. So to spare me some sanity all I will say is AVOID THIS COMPANY. Paying a little more is WORTH IT

I was told when I called to file a claim that it was all my fault and that I was lucky it was at target and the police could not get there to give me a ticket. Wow, I paid you to tell me this right thanks.

They are rude and did what ever they could do to not pay. I dropped them after I had to place a claim from an accident where I was hit by someone else and it was not even my fault. Within one week after accident I dropped them like a bad habbit Warning – When you need them they will abandon you. Do not use Titan.

The thing Titan insurance company is very bad company They gave me an estimate of 50 dollars and then I got a bill of 95 dollarsAnd the have very different names like Victoria insurance and other I was wondering why make to escape tax .Then when I try to cancel the policy they said I have to pay cancellation fees I don’t recommend this very bad insurance
