They have just sent us a renewal policy for our home that they have insured for the last 25 years and they have doubled the rate. When asked why, they claim that there is a potential for future losses. In actuality I do not feel that they have any reason. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

filed a claim after the October 29th 2011 storm and still waiting for a check in order to fix holes in roof. Told I would have a check today. Guess what — no check. Premium always paid on time and taken from bank account but file one claim and what am I told are lies.
