Pennsylvania Probate Court Resources

Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania's District Courts handle probate matters. There is one district court per county. Some districts have a specialized Orphan's Court for probate. In many counties, the Recorder of Wills is the same individual which serves as the clerk to the court overseeing probate.
