My wife has chronic pain and can only get accepted for small insurance policy and would like to know about medical bills after she passed?

In KY, a husband is liabile for all "necessary expenses" provided to his wife after marriage. This includes medical bills, which re almost alway "necessary". This is true regardless of their ability to pay.
