A will's validity is not based on registering it through probate but rather what happens at probate if the validity is challenged. At some point, the time to challenge the will ends and it is probated as usual. This is of course it is only a will and there is not trust attached to it, wherein the will pours over really into the trust and the trust is the leading document. If you wish to delve into the validity of the will itself, you need to check if all the formalities of the will have been met. Talk to probate counsel about your concerns.
