Will I receive alimony and health insurance for life?

I have been married 2.5 years. My husband is a wonderful man, I am just not happy anymore. I make very little money and am on his health insurance (I am bipolar). He makes over 60k a year and inherited his parents paid for home but I am not on the deed.

Please go and speak with an attorney in your area.  Alimony is based upon a number of factors that a court will look at to determine if it is viable.  Generally speaking, the length of the marriage is controlling (the longer the marriage the more likely alimony will be awarded). Maryland favors rehabilitative alimony over indefinite alimony.  The home he inherited is probably going to be considered separate property.  You would have no claim to it.  Good luck.
