Typically yes, you should be able to leave the country even though you have pending DUI issues, so long as the Judge in your case has not made it a bond condition for you not to leave the state or the country. This is usually only done in cases where the defendant appears to be a high flight risk, but rarely done in DUI cases or similar misdemeanor cases. To be certain, you may want to check your bond conditions with the court prior to your flight, but there should be no problems in your ability to fly and leave the country.
