Some young people are cutting through my yard to get from one street to another. They frequently pass through an area of weeds, rocks and stumps with vines and a pile of cinder blocks they must climb over. Warning s have been given I don’t have a problem with their cutting through the yard just want to avoid a lawsuit if someone falls.

No, unfortunately, it will not. A "no tresassing" sign will protect from lawsuits about ordinary hazards, like tripping or falling on a slope. But if there are any areas that are more than ordinarily hazardous, like a pile of cinder blocks, it is possible for a trespasser injured by them to sue in some cases. You should remove hazards like that and/or fence them off.
