However, one possibility where a former spouse has submitted a petition to the deceased former spouse's trust is that the surviving ex-wife might be named as a beneficiary under the deceased person's living trust and wishes to receive certain assets which could have been placed in trust by a court order regarding the marital dissolution of this couple.
