I was going around a blind turn were i have the right away to turn left or continue around the bend to the right the opposing direction has a stop sigh anyway as i came around the bend a tractor trailer was attempting to make a right turn it had just rained and the truck was blocking at least have my lane and coming at me when i hit my breaks my car of course slid and the back end kicked out and we collided of course the truck swerved but not very well after the accident the the trialers passenger duals were still almost touching the yellow line ps theres a ditch and 5ft on the right Thanks

Without having more specific information, it's difficult to picture and to answer your question.  For example, you mention nothing about speed of the vehicles.  Even if you had right of way, if you were not traveling faster than the speed limit, you might have been able to avoid the accident enitirely or lessen the impact.  Any drugs or alcohol involved?  Did the truck driver have any choice but to come partially into your lane in order to make its turn?  Just a few questions to think about.  I'm guessing the police came.  Who did they indicate was at fault here?
