Who breached the court ordered stipulation? I
I signed a new lease that raised the rent ignoring the court orderd stipulation $630 plus 128.75 attorney fees/cost. I may be evicted for not paying the rent by the first of the month. However, the landlord had be to sign a new lease in may that raised the rent to $676. and accepted this new payment for april. The court ordered stipulation was not carried over. From my reading the new lease the old stipulation stands in lieu of the new lease therefore my rent should not have been increased. Please help!!!!

You need to explain your situation better. There was a court ordered stipulation for the landlord not to raise your rent? Why? How long was he or she not to raise your rent? How the stipulation occur? Why did it occur? Did the landlord sue you for non payment? Are you on Section 8/government aid?
If you feel your court order trumps a new lease agreement/repayment plan, contact legal aid in Florida. Try Florida legal aid when googling.
