I REPORTED MY FOREMAN FOR STEALING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS OUT OF THE PAYROLL CHECKS AND MAKE RACIAL REMARKS. NOW HE TREATS ME LIKE I DO NOT WORK THERE ANYMORE; DOESN’T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME, DOESN’T INCLUDE ME IN ANYTHING. HE TALKS TO ME THRU OTHER PEOPLE. HE STARES AT ME TRYING TO PROVOKE ME INTO A CONFRONTATION WITH HIM. I WANT TO KNOW, DOES THIS FALL UNDER THE FEDERAL WHISTLE BLOWERS ACT AND CAN I DO ANYTHING?

I am a lawyer in CT and practicein this area of the law. The whistler blower act applies where the government funds the business and the complaint alleges that the company is withholding money. What you are describing may not qualify. I would need to know who you work for. However, the compliant itself does not appear to far under the Act. Plus, you have not suffered any adverse employment action if you are still employed and working.
