Where I can find the conditions valid for the removal of the president of a corporation?
The president of the corporation is carrying out activities that in my opinion are not legal. I am a shareholder and vice president but he has closed access to the corporation’s lawyers and told me to remove him will not bother him. I have no money to pay an attorney and is taking advantage of this situation. Where I can get help?
