You are what is known as an "interested party". This is someone who would have inherited had there been no Will. Therefore, since whether or not there is a Will affects your rights, you have the right to view a copy. However, it's only by filing a legal action that you can you compel the release of the information if it is not voluntarily provided to you. Additionally, if the Will has already been entered in to probate, then it is now a matter of public record. This means that you (or anyone else for that matter) has the right to get a copy. Just be aware, that parents can disinherit their children, so you may not be named as a beneficiary of the Will. Further, some assets pass out side of probate such as life insurance proceeds, funds in a pension, IRA or 401k, etc., therefore they will not be listed in the Will.
