When someone leaves a martial home and changes their address, can they still go through the mailbox when ever they want?

My soon to be ex moved out 8 months ago Has her own place, and changed her address 8 months ago

Can she legally stop and go through my mailbox whenever she wants?

Unless and until you have a formal separation agreement or there is issued a final divorce decree by the court, then your husband has right to the premises, which includes the mailbox. This is because until there is a judicial order to the contrary, the house and property remains the "joint marital residentce". This is ture no matter whose name that the deed (or lease) is in and whether or not either spouse has moved out.
