Given the situation that you are in about extended closing dates you should consult with a real estate attorney about asking for a good chunk of money to be paid by the buyer to extend the closing date of the escrow that is not refundable. The other option is to not extend the closing date and cancel the escrow if the buyer cannot close by the date agreed to.
