There is no such charge as 4th Degree Burglary in NY. Assuming you meant Burglary in the Third Degree, it s a class D felony punishable up to 7 years in jail; it's possible that jail time for the two counts can be ran consecutively so you face a maximum of 14 years in jail and the minimum can be no jail.  Your results depend on the quality of your attorney, the county where your case is pending and any mitigating factors that can be presented on your behalf.
