What paperwork needs to be filled out for marraige dissolution and in what order are they turned in?
I want to file dissolution paperwork myself. We have no children and agree on all maters of seperation. I want to know what papers to file first and the what subsequent documents afterwards.

If you and your spouse wish to end your marriage, one of the other needs to file a petition for the dissolution of the marriage in the superior court of the county that you reside in. Once filed, the other spouse is served with the summons and petition and that spouse then files an answer.
Since you two seem to be in agreement as to the dissolution and who gets what assets and liabilities, a joint dissolution settlement agreement and order is then drafted and signed by you two and the judge.
