Can anything be done if I was fired from a job that I was never trained for?

My last job moved me up to operation superviaor but never trained me for it. Somebody took my manager card and deleted orders without my knowledge. Is there anything wrong with that? Basically, I was fired from a job that I was never trained for and fired for something that I didn’t do?

Just because you were terminated at work because you were not trained for the position you were doing and/or fired for something you did not do does not mean that your firing was illegal under the laws of this country.

In this country an employee is terminable at the will of his employer for any justifiable business reason absent discrimination in a protected area or being a whistle blower about some illegal activities at work.

I suggest that you consult with your local representative with your department of labor and/or a labor law attorney to see what legal recourse you may have if any about your matter.
