What options do you have when an Executor/heir does not act in the best interst of all of the heirs to a house?
My father left his house to his 5 children. Sister is the executor. The house has been for sale for about a year and dad has been gone almost 2 years. She listed the house, we have no idea if we have had any offers on the house. The remaining four of us would like to lower the asking price but she hasn’t complied. We all 5 heirs agreed to put $25,000 in the bank for her to use to pay for maintenance and taxes, etc. She does not inform us of where or what money is spent on. What recourse do we have to move the selling process along and see where she has spent the money we designate?

I am so sorry for your loss. If you believe that she is mis managing the estate then you should first ask for an accounting and then seek to have her removed and some one else appointed in her place. Good luck.
