By making sure that it is covered under the fair use doctrine for parodies, which is a 4 prong test. ALthough it is a lengthly discussion for this forum, the court will look at if the new work "commented on" or "transformed" the original work giving it new expression and meaning.  Much like Weird Al Yankovitch's "Eat it" if you recall.  Speak with an attorney when the final product is ready to go.  Good luck.
