What to do if my partner just passed away but his updated Will is unsigned at the lawyer’s office and the old Will doesn’t mention our businesses?

We co-own 2 businesses. What kind of lawyer should I seek?

Base upon what you have written, the unsigned updated Will of your partner means nothing. The partnershop agreements that you presumably signed wit your deceased partner should control how the businesses are to contunue if at all. From what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a business attorney that practices Wills and trust for help in your locality. One can be found on attorneypages.com.
